REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 07/20/2018 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from Boettcher Excavating And Septic Llc for an SSTS located at 20799 Ivywood Ave N, City Of Forest Lake which was inspected on 07/13/2018.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
