REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 11/14/2019 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from Zierke Soil Testing, Llc for an SSTS located at 7075 Oneka Lake Blvd N, City Of Hugo which was inspected on 11/07/2019.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
