REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 06/19/2020 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from D. Schlomka Inc. for an SSTS located at 8931 33rd St N, City Of Lake Elmo which was inspected on 05/22/2020.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
