REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 12/28/2020 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from Sewer Services, Inc for an SSTS located at 11594 120th St S, Town Of Denmark which was inspected on 12/21/2020.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
