Text: | On 3/4/2019 I, Tyler Dale, received a call from Russle. He was wondering about replacement requirements. I informed him that we had issued a letter 1/18/2018 requiring him to replace the system. He stated that he had not received the letter, and did not know what the compliance inspection report meant. I informed him that the system needs to be brought into compliance. I resent him the letter, told him of replacement time frames, and told him it would we wise to start looking for a contractor. I also gave him my direct phone # if he has any further questions. Second notice sent 3/25/2019 10/4/2019 - Russle called. I emailed him, russweg1040@gmail.com, all of the letters that we have sent. Told him they need to submit a permit app. ASAP |
