Comments/Explanation:	Although not a compliance criteria, it should be noted that the past performance of fiberglass tanks from this era has been substantially unreliable and often leak at the joint between the bottom and top half of the tank. Since it is not feasible to excavate the entire tank, it is impossible for me to guarantee the future performance of the tank or that the tank will not be found watertight in the future. Additionally, the septic tank outlet baffle is missing.
