Text: | 06-03-2020: Emailed Bob Freiermuth request revisions be made to inspection report. PMO 06-04-2020: Revised inspection report received. 90 day orders issued. PMO 06-12-2020: Missed called from Loren Jacot at 10:53a.m. Voicemail attached. PMO 06-15-2020: Called Loren at 10:26a.m. Loren explained he has been contacting SSTS designers the last week. Loren stated he has a designer lined up to come out to his property on July 8th, 2020. I told Loren that contractors are busy and that it could take some time before a new system is installed. Loren stated the house is for sale and was wondering if the sale can still happen. I told Loren the County does not hold up property transfer and does not get involved with the process between the buyer and seller. Loren stated he will keep me updated on the status. I provided my work cell number for him to call directly. Call ended at 10:35a.m. PMO |
