Text: | 07-22-2020: Missed call from Mary Cullen at 11:40a.m. PMO 07-23-2020: I called Mary at 11:23a.m. We discussed next steps after failed inspection on her septic system. Mary wanted me to recommend a contractor(s) to work with regarding the failed SSTS. I told her I do not recommend contractors and that she needs to do her own research and call contractors to get quotes for work. We discussed the reason why system failed and she disagrees with the inspector. I summarized the reason for system failure and the process after the County receives notification that a system is non-compliant. Mary requested additional information. I emailed her steps in the process of installing a septic system. Email attached. PMO 07-23-2020: Mary responded to email saying conversation was infuriating. PMO 07-24-2020: Emailed Mary back asking if she had further questions. Email attached. PMO |
